Brewed in the traditional witbier style with coriander and curacao orange peel, but fermented with a non-traditonal yeast strain to showcase the lime heavy flavor and aroma of the coriander. Light, refreshing, and bright with lime and pear up front with a slight pepper spice that dances and mingles on the tip of you tongue until the next sip.
