I've given in. Hazy IPA's have stiffled the development of Craft beer across the world, but to all those people who said I was brewing boring beers, here we go.Tricerahops because it's triple hopped and triple addition, mosaic, citra and galaxy, added with 20mins of the boil to go and dry hopped on day 2 and day 5 with the same hops. I've thrown so many hops at this beer, it's easily the most expensive beer I've ever brewed.Hazy, hoppy, dank, tropical fruits and citrus notes. a delicious beer.
