We took our 2025 World Beer Cup® Gold Medal winner and loaded it up with 15 pounds of hops per barrel, spotlighting Mosaic in all its glory through T-90, Cryo, and Whole Leaf. Chinook, Citra, and Krush Cryo round things out for a layered hop showcase bursting with bright papaya, electric citrus, tangy orange peel, and a healthy whack of pine.
