This marriage has been set between our previous Barrel Project release "Asleep In The Deep" which arrives with loads of chocolate together with hazelnut and a mixed fermented, wine barrel-aged, black raspberry-infused hawthorn mead. As you can expect, complexity attacks from several directions in the shape of chocolate sweetness, deep fruitiness, playful acidity, nuts, nuts, nuts and more!Saying it's a Black Forest cake would be too obvious and we even used this term before but what could be said? It's pretty much like that and beyond!
