A collaborative small batch brew with Crafty Bastard, this is our Evolution IPA #25 that we conditioned on Chanterelle mushrooms.These mushrooms are known for their unusual fruity flavors such as apricot, allowing them to blend nicely with the fruity notes form the hops while at the same time imparting just a hint of earthy and herbaceous notes.The first of many between 2 creative minds.
