Flakey Bark S.v.p 2022 Oak Cask

Описание

The biggest Flakey Bark yet. In the words of the world's best Perry writer, Adam Wells, Flakey Bark "insists itself upon you" and a more apt description of this magnificent pear there is not.A thunderous flavour - full of glorious syrup and ripe pea, leading into complex punchy astringent tanins. This is an outstanding, contradictory Perry. Dry yet sweet, fruity yet earthly, smooth yet grippy. With the addition of maturation in the most beautiful oak barrel, this is a truly remarkable drink.
