Bitter Sweet Symphony is a dry Yarlington Mill cider aged with a touch of wild and still fermenting Hyslop crabapple juice. Aromatics of dried apricot and ripening peach greet the nose and open the palate to grippy tannins, distant dark berry flavours, and a finish with biscuit and distinct dry earthiness.
