Once the drink of royalty, Chai has become revered the world over, a drink of the people. And to drink Chai with someone is a show of respect, an effort to connect. In this spirit, we brought the ancient flavors of Chai to Cider. A wild fermented cider aged for 6 months, and rested on oats and a black tea chai spice blend results in a drink that urges towards contemplation, perhaps with a friend, pondering life and its twists and turns.
