Brewed using a grain bill consisting of 100% Malted Oats, Lou is an experimental beer made for Blood Brothers' Over The Tap Festival. Earthy barnyard-adjacent aromatics from the oat malt give way to a berry-rich fruit character, balanced by some herbaceous Strisselspalt hop notes. Overall, this beer is incredibly refreshing and easy drinking and because of the all-oat grain bill, suitable for gluten-sensitive drinkers!
