We've teamed up with Josie Coffee Roasters to brew a beer for the Maitland Aroma Coffee and Chocolate Festival.The beer is a coffee infused Kolsch.Single origin Ethiopian beans have been used to make a cold brew that, in turn, has been infused into a Kolsch style golden ale.For coffee geeks, beer nerds and foodies the magic of this combination is that subtle and delicate flavours of both the coffee beans and the yeast strain complement each other and can be tasted in the final beer. For the rest of us, it is a refreshing easy drinking drop that will go down easily on a fine winters day
