Nucleate

Описание

Say hello to Nucleate! For this beer, we went for a more simple approach to big and bold New England IPA's.The base beer features just 2 malts, and the hops used are also just 2 varieties - Citra and Mosaic. However, we applied a lot of techniques that we have learned over the last year, from a new water profile, to a new style of mashing and dry-hopping.The result is a beer that is bursting with hop aroma and huge juicy mouthfeel, but still super drinkable.
