Strawberry Cheesecake is the 4th installment in our Sour Sorbet series. We use High protein malts, flaked malts,oats, wheat and Lactose Milk sugar to create a soft med/full bodied mouthfeel with a hazy appearance. Soft Carbonation and kettle soured for tartness. Kilos of real strawberries are added to conditioning phase of the beer, as well as a blend of spices to create a cheesecake like character. Balance is key here.
