Guinness Brown IPA #1

Brown ales are traditionally known for being robust, malt forward, and conservatively hopped. We took that basic principle but dialed up the hopping to create a unique interpretation of a classic. Our brewers hopped this beer along its whole creative journey, including during fermentation. The result retains all the malty character of a cocoa-colored brown ale with a burst of citrus from the Simcoe, Citra, and Amarillo hops. Tastes a bit like drinking a chocolate-orange creamsicle.
