Bramley is an apple that needs no introduction – but did you ever try it as a single variety cider? We’ve grown Bramley on the farm for more than two decades and never released a S.V before, but that time has come! This is a beautiful sparkling cider full of apple and lime notes, with crisp, refreshing acidity and fabulous silky texture. It’s practically Chardonnay! From the 2022 harvest.
