7.5% ABV sour that was aged in a barrel that first had Bourbon. Then Maple Syrup. Then KBS. And lastly, Hot Sauce. Then we added Cream Cheese, Vanilla, and Cinnamon. Pours in the tap room are rimmed with icing, cinnamon, and sugar. Welcome to Nebraska!
