A combination of light coloured base malt, crystal malts, clean fermenting yeast and a generous single dry hop of all-American hops at the end of fermentation. For this one we’ve used Mosaic, Simcoe, Cascade and Amarillo.Easy drinking pale ale that carries aromas of floral pine, citrus and even a bit of bubblegum.
