GALIPETTE DOUX is bright and vibrantly golden Doux (sweet cider). It's characterised by toffee aroma and lovely fruity flavour of real apple.It is made from bitter-sweet and sweet apple varieties such as Judor, Kermerien and Douce Moen, and undergoes a shorter fermentation process that retains natural sugars. This results in a luscious mouthfeel and a taste with hints of lemon curd, honey and apple pie.The sweetness is balanced with a refreshing acidity, making it a perfect drink to enjoy with moules frites, gorgonzola cheese or rhubarb crumple.
