Over at Bach we've been on the berries..contemplating how to thread the beautiful raspberry fruit into a refreshing pale ale style - we've used a modified cream ale base as our canvass.Hopped with Mosaic and Motueka, and the raspberries added at secondary fermentation for a hint of berry. It's not meant to be ribena eh!
