We brewed two beers when my dad visited us in early December - this one uses a classic Kölsch yeast (it's not a "Kölsch") with no dry hopping at all - so very light, with a slight sweetness, creamy and medium body, and a floral hint from the classic German hops we used in the cook process and whirlpool. We loved getting to brew this with him - and hope you enjoy.
