Our pals at Escarpment Labs told us that they have a new strain of yeast that is dry, can be dry-pitched, has a superior combination of fermentation rate and degree, is reliable and genetically stable, and promises to give any ale a clean and rich flavour profile.We said, "prove it". So they brought some to the brewery, brewed this golden ale with us, and, well, proved it.
