Highland Park Brewery has gone next level, working with other breweries to brew their beloved Timbo Pils. Bob asked us to take part and we jumped on board. He sent over super detailed intel regarding how they craft this hoppy lager in LA. Our brew team digested and translated their specs into our Lake Michigan centered brewing process, and the end result is a top level re-creation of Timbo.A base of North American 2-row and German floor malted pilsner, traditional European hops in the brewhouse, clean lager yeast fermentation, American IPA hops in the dry hop yield a highly drinkable west coast pilsner.
