Made using Bavarian Soft Pretzels leftover from our Oktoberfest event in the brewery, Hansel and Pretzel also features Chocolate Malt, Pale Malt, Roasted Barley, Crystal Malt (80L) and Black Patent in the mash. This varied grain bill delivers a full, complex base to the stout.Pouring a jet black and carrying the aroma of dark chocolate, milk sweetness and hints of licorice, Hansel and Pretzel finishes with a slight saltiness - remnants of those fresh Pretzels.The body is full and creamy, with the Bramling Cross hops playing second fiddle to additions of lactose, cacao nibs and vanilla that make this stout completely unique.
