Sori Brewing and Birrificio Del Ducato collaboration loosely based on the traditional Finnish beer style, Sahti. Seabuckthorn, fresh ginger, melissa, maqui berries and juniper berries.Fermented with a traditional Finnish baking yeast. Secondary fermentation with Roeselare yeast (which is a blend of Belgian style ale strain, a sherry strain, two Brettanomyces strains, a Lactobacillus culture, and a Pediococcus culture).
