A true display of terroir in lager. Martin and Vera from Obora Pivovar drove their estate-grown barley and a campervan freezer of whole-cone hops from their home in Obora, in Northen Plzeň to Warpigs in Copenhagen. The resulting beer was slowly fermented with true Czech-sourced yeast and allowed to mature with proper lagering. The result is an ode to the Czech countryside and to friendship across borders!
