Far less malt-oriented than traditional Bitters, British Golden Ale features only a moderate amount of bread or biscuit malt flavor to balance a surprising amount of bitterness.The foundation of this recipe is actually a session IPA, amended for regional authenticity. It's surprisingly hoppy using only Equinox hops, hence the name of the beer, but with a splash of Citra in the dry hopping to finish.
