Our collaboration with the friends from Oak and Ash Brewery! We took an old and quite rare German style. The beer underwent mixed fermentation of lager yeast and Philly Sour, which gives the beer a dry and tart profile that serves as a backdrop for the delicate smoke coming from the smoked wheat malt. A light and drinkable beer, perfect for summer!
