Panic Buy (Sauvin Cross)

Описание

Another year, another hop combo! Taking a break from our "regular" Panic Buy with Nectaron, this one is hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross. I've upped the bitterness a touch too to get past the sometimes sweet and dank character Nelson Sauvin can bring. Expect fresh pine sap, notes of pineapple, stone fruit (peach/nectarine), and a pleasant orange zest and herbal finish - rosemary rings a bell!
