A blend of two classic bittersweets in Dabinett and Bisquet, from the 2022 and 2023 vintages. The extra time for maturation as well as the complexity gained from oak cask fermentation gives this cider a delicious depth of flavour, as it sails across the palate in a classic Ross-on-Wye style. Low acidity, good fruit, plenty of tannin. Drink all night, just make sure you're sat down. Acidity: Very Low. Tannins: Medium
