This Gose has been gently soured with a blend of citric, malic and lactic acids for an approachable light and bright drinking experience. A simple grist of pilsner malt and torrified wheat supports Prickly Pear and Sudachi Lime juice, with flavours of melon, kiwi and a moreish salty lime finish.
