Vegemite is a thick, dark brown Australian food spread made from leftover brewers' yeast extract, SO WHY NOT PUT IT IN A BEER.When I first tried Vegemite, I didn't really know what to think of it. Salty, malty, bitter...almost umami like. So what was my first thought? A sour with Vegemite in it, and somehow, it works.
