Our latest Prototype balances the mouthwatering tartness of a classic pineapple sour with a big dose of bright, fruity cold-side hops.Alongside a significant infusion of Citra, this prototype highlights Maui Nelson, a pineapple-enriched blend with fresh New Zealand Nelson Sauvin hops. Both additions further boost the tart pineapple profile and add vineyard-fresh floral complexity to the finish.
