Hypothesis (Five)

The Hypothesis project is an experimental series where we propose an idea to see what outcome it may have in the final beer, whether in the recipe or process, or both. In "five", we explored a new dry hopping process, along with a new cellaring technique to see if we could coax out more body, mouthfeel and softness from a single Hazy IPA. Hopped throughout with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe, we are very happy with the results and think you will be as well. Citrus, tropical, and a touch of floral earth for that quintessential New England vibe!
