7.2% Imperial IPA brewed with Pilsner and British base malts. It was hopped with Cascade and Centennial in the kettle, Simcoe and Amarillo in the whirlpool, and finally dry hopped with even more Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe. This IPA has a balanced bitterness with earthy floral, citrus, and pine aromas.
