New Year, New Beer! This experimental beer grew out of a desire to test a new French saison yeast and grew into a challenge to try and make an aromatic dark saison without excessive roast character and also features a touch of acidulated barley for a slightly tangy character. We hope this beer is as fun to drink as it was to brew. So...What do you think?
