Medusa hops are quite special. They are a different species of hops. As such, they have a distinct flavor: cedar, funky, Meyer lemon, pineapple, coconut, green pepper. These aromas we thought would compliment a saison in a really fun way. The result is a tropical, somewhat funky, hazy saison. Strikingly easy to drink at 7.3% and full of juicy Medusa flavors.
