Mexico Sour: Ate de Membrillo' is a fruited gose laden jam-packed with quince, and for our version we've added guava too. A little lemon balances the sweetness, along with the sourness of the beer itself. The result is bright, citrussy, tropical & jammy.Beer Lab for July 2025 is a series of fruited gose based on Mexican desserts. Inspired by the flavours of Mexico, and in collaboration with chef Mariana de la Garza, we've created a trio of sours using various fruits & spices.**Contains gluten & lactose**
