We figured why not have both, so we added loads and loads of watermelon into our modern take on the historic Gose beer style. Upon first smell, the watermelon jumps out of the glass. Your first sip is softly sliced through with a moderately puckering tartness, followed quickly by even more watermelon, and then finishes with a balanced salinity provided by its minerally-complex French grey sea salt.
