We wanted to make a "thicker" sour beer with our own twist! Inspired by piña colada We processed 10 fresh pineapples and 15 fresh limes in our Vitamix, then added that along with cream of coconut to a keg of Little by Slowly! Is it the first mixed-ferment smoothie sour?
