We took a basic Helles recipe - using our 100% regionally grown Marthe pilsner malt, hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüher, Spalter Select, and Tettnanger - and added some Japanese Yuzu during fermentation. The result is spring perfection, beautifully crisp, citrusy, and refreshing!
