Inspired by a love of bold flavours and born from a three-way collaboration stretching from Michigan to Dromore, New Zealand to Belfast.It started with a chat over beers with The Woodworkers at our taproom, Bullhouse East, and ended with Willetta of Bethels Kitchen bringing her next-level dill pickles to the brew day. Our sales manager Brent, fresh from New Zealand and new to the Bullhouse team, had the idea. Willetta brought the brine.The result? A sharp, savoury sour that’s here to challenge expectations and start conversations. A beer for the curious, the adventurous — and the pickle lovers.
