We brewed this beer for Hiivatehtaan Lankamarkkinat, the largest yarn market in Finland.For the flavoring of this saison we raided the freezers of our friends for excess berries and we scored a nice amount of currants and lingonberries. For the malt base we used a bunch of waste brews from Uudenmaan Leipä. Fermentation was done with re-pitched house yeast of ours which is a mix of two saison strains from Whitelabs Copenhagen.The label is made with AI to crown this super drinkable berry beer that’s best enjoyed when knitting but also good as is ?
