Thought and Memory. IPA. 6.5%. A Simcoe and Citra led, soft India Pale Ale. The aroma on this beer leaps from the can. Full on tropical, hop goodness. Soft mouthfeel but with a really lovely rounded bitterness. Probably the purest expression of an Odyssey IPA which we've produced in can to date.
