Copenhagen Raspsody is our unique release for august 2019. This beer was brewed as a kettle soured pale ale, where we added 200 kg of raspberry purré to the fermenter. The aroma is intense raspberry, and the flavor has just the right amount of tartness, offset by the bitterness, from a relatively small dry-hop.
