As a San Diego brewery, we were determined to include a strong West Coast Double IPA in our series of national parks-themed anniversary beers. Allow us to introduce Double Arch, our latest West Coast Double IPA featuring a harmonious blend of Cascade, Southern Cross, and Mosaic Cryo hops. Its pronounced flavors of resin, tree sap, cantaloupe, and more are achieved through the generous whirlpool hop addition, resulting in a robust hop profile in the finished product. Additional bittering hops contribute to a solid bitterness that enlivens the palate and enhances the brew's complexity.
