This cider underwent a fermentationtechnique that transforms the naturallysharpmalic acid of the apple into a softer lactic acid. The result is a cider that issoftly tart with a hint of funk and lots of tartness from aging on Oklahoma forraged Sand Plums. Dry and lightly carbonated.
