Oat & spelt Saison aged in Venus Spirits gin barrels.Planetary Twins shows what is possible when you gaze past your own horizon and look to your neighbors for inspiration. Utilizing freshly-emptied gin barrels from our friends at Santa Cruz's @venusspirits we filled these sodden barrels with Saison made richer by generous additions of oats and spelt. The result is a sturdy and substantial beer, dripping with botanical notes.
