Brewed with the inspiration of the love of our ocean for Celebrating Our Saltwater Sanctuaries event held recently at our Byron Bay brewery.A super refreshing sour beer infused with dried seaweed gives a slightly salty and umami taste that is well-balanced and supremely crushable. The aroma has a vast seaweed/sushi vibe, a nice bright golden hue, with a tight white dead.
