Dessert Cart - Cinnamon Roll

Brewed in collaboration with our dear friends at Bhramari in Asheville, NC! We took our Dessert Cart base and mixed it up this time using different grains that Bhramari uses in their pastrybois. We then fermented this beer with our house sour yeast strain before conditioning it on Saigon Cinnamon and Tahitian Vanilla Bean!
