(or test the co ordinates on your can) So obviously when in Beartown, do as the Beartowners do, - we have sourced some Vermont yeast for this NEIPA. And along with the Talus, we will allow them to take centre stage on this beer. 2020 didn't bring us much joy. But one thing it did give us is the cracking new hop varietal Talus. "a word that represents the sloped features of rocky terrain, pays homage to the rich mountainous landscape of the Pacific Northwest and the hop's adventurous flavour profile". Packed with Oats & Flaked Wheat for a soft and creamy mouthfeel, this NEIPA showcases what Talus is all about.
