Brewed specifically for the Beowulf Viking Feast this pale gruit ale uses ingredients that we like to think would have been used by traditional Norse brewers. Hundreds of chamomile flowers have been picked and infused into a tincture by our clever friend Dany Lancaster (Sippin Gin). This brings an earthy, dry, floral flavour to the beer. We then carefully balanced that with lots of sweet golden honey. Both the flavour and colour of this beer remind us of a beautiful summars day! Skol!
